I have lost officially 83lbs unoffically 93lbs. I say official and unofficial because my next apointment isn't here yet. So by then I hope to have lost more. I have 30lbs until goal. I slacked off on the excersixe latley need to get back on and I eat 800-1100 cal/day. Depends. Marti

Well Friday is my big day, they are going to scope me to dialate my stricture. After the disaster that I had in April with them rupturing me and not knowing it until I was septic, I am terrified. I am using a different gastroenterologist this time, I wish that one of my bariatric surgeons would do it. My rational mind says it is going to be fine that what happened last time was a freak accident but the irrational me is soooo scared! I have put it off this long and can't do it anymore.
