What a neat list - thanks for thinking it up! I copied it to a word document & saved it to my desktop so I could open it any time. I think I might even expand it to 100...

Topic: RE: Joined Weigh****chers
Hi Pat, I joined WW and lost 15 lbs. I had to stop going because I couldn't afford the fees and my work schedule interfered with the meeting times. I think they have a good program and it was nice to have an accountability partner. When you have to step on a scale, you can't lie. The scale tells the truth. Good luck, I know how we all struggle, every day. Please feel free to email me. Linda

Hi Linda! I'm so glad that I am not the only one going through this period that I am experiencing right now. I still want to lose another 25 pounds and had lap rny on January 10, 2005. As we know, I have not lost anything since about 14 months postop. I am becoming really depressed, although I should be happy since I started out at 263 pounds. I am only 5 feet tall, so at 153 pounds I am still overweight. I read that you started Weigh****chers. Have you seen any results? I'm getting desperate at this point! I know that I should up my exercising, but besides that I practically eat nothing. Just have tossed salad and some chicken or fish. Still drink Isopure protein drink once a day. I am able to get in 140 oz.+ of water. I would love to hear from you! Take care and look forward to hearing from you!! Aloha, Pat

Hi all fellow January, 2005!!! I hope that everyone is doing fine!! I'd like to find out if anyone has tried using NutiSystem for additional weight loss? I would like to lose nother 20 pounds and was wondering if it would be worth to try this tool. Last night on QVC (they sell NutriSystem) I heard a person call in who had wls, and she was purchasing the food. I would be most grateful to hear from someone. Have a wonderful week and God Bless!!! Hugs and aloha, Pat

Topic: RE: Poll- 2 years post op, how much have you lost? Gained?
Hi Mitzi!!! It was so nice to see your post!! How have you been? Can you believe that it's been 2-1/2 years since our WLS!!! How time flies!! You are looking just great!! l. Beginning weight: 263 pounds 2. Lowest weight: 128 pounds 3. Current weight: 131 pounds 4. Height: 5 feet 5. What foods can't you eat? Nothing really!! That scares me!! 6. Calories per day: 800-900 per day 7. Exercising: This has really slowed down, I do have a treadmill at home so I jump on every now and then. I would still like to lose another 15 pounds, but doesn't look like it's going to happen. I really need to watch especially since I'm only 5 feet tall. I never want to be 263 pounds again! Actually, sometimes I feel like I'm still back there. Take care and God Bless you and yours. Have a wonderful week. Hugs and kisses, Pat
