How do you restart WLS? I've plateaued and cannot lose the last few pounds. I'm not drinking even 60oz of water a day and THAT IS SAD I know...no flaming me I'm very busy. I do get in my vitamins, however some days I forget. About calcium, can we take the Viactiv Chews? Also, can we take diuretic pills? I seem to be retaining a lot of water and when it gets hot my fingers and ankles swell. How is everyone doing?

Hi! I have plateaued also...I have been between 175-180 for the past few months...I am not drinking the water like I should be either...I have to go to the bathroom every hour as it is, and when I drink water I can't make it through an exercise class...I know it's still no excuse...We can take Viactiv Chews...caramels are really good...I have been taking them since my 2 week check up...I am not sure about the diuretics...I would be interested in finding out that answer though...you look wonderful - keep up the good work...I can't figure out how to load a new pic haha...

I don't know about the diuretics, but the viactive chews are not calcium citrate, and my Dr. recommends calcium citrate because we don't absorb the carbonate type. There is a new calcium citrate candy like chew available that I got at Walmart, and they are good. I forget the name, but they come in chocolate, carmel and lemon flavors. My weight has been stuck for 2 months as well, and I went to see my primary care physician yesterday to get a referral to see a nutritionist. It seems I can eat lots or I can eat nothing, and still maintain the same weight. Grrrr...it is frustrating. My pcp to referred me to the medifast diet. I checked out their website, and have e-mailed them for the nutritional info. So we'll see. I was wondering if anyone has tried the medifast diet. She said it should jumpstart my weightloss again, but it seems to me that it is similar to other plateau buster diets that have been out there. Hang in there... this shall pass Margo
