I'm a baaaaad girl!!!!

I am dumping big time as I write this because I indulged in a mint ice cream custard. It is the first time I have done that since the surgery. Ken got one,too and is sick,also. You know what????? I would do it again!!!!!! Only next time I will eat only a few spoonfuls; not the whole thing. I can't believe I ate the WHOLE thing!!!! I will close now so I can go puke. WHEW!
