Anyone else?
Hi Janet!! I am going through the same thing. I am one year post op as of January 10, 2006 and have been battling with 3-5 pounds for the past 2 months. I want to lose another 20 pounds and it just won't budge!!!
I workout at the gym and it seems fruitless. I'm having a TT on March 6, 2006 and I'm hoping to shed some weight at that time.
You have done awesome with your weight loss!!!!
Don't be discouraged, it will happen soon!!!
Have a wonderful weekend and God Bless you and yours.
Aloha, Pat
Hey, we have the same surgery date and Yes!!! I've hit a stall too! Maybe its the timing?? I've lost 166lbs so far and would like to take off another 12lbs, but I decided yesterday that if that doesn't happen, I'm not going to stress over it. I only weight myself once a week, but its sure a bummer on Sat mornings when the scale says the same darn number, LOL! Hope things pick back up for you soon!

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I will just keep doing what I have been doing and focus on the exercise. It is nice to know I am not alone.
I guess we lost so much so fast that these last few pounds are hanging on. Honestly I am thrilled with the 150 lb. that is gone forever!
Have a great day!
Janet
Sounds like we all have the same story ... surgeon said weight loss occurs in the first 12 -18 months after surgery ... we STILL have 6mos of productive weight loss. I've lost the same 3-5 lbs as well. I have my TT this friday and doc says it should take off 10-12more pounds if that proves true ... anyone have a testimony?? then I'll be happy and done. It will put me at 102 loss - exactly what I was over weight as.
So the rest would be unexpected.
Remember - continue doing the right stuff!
