I have a addiction now
workout
I have so much energy , I can't stay sit in the house. Im going to the gym every day, I walk and now this .
I am doing the Biggest Loser workout and is fantastic. If you don't have time to go to the gym this would be perfect for you. They have warm-up, low intensity cardio, high intensity, strenght & sculpt, boot camp ( I love it) and cool down.
The best part is that you can choose and customize your workout.
I hope all of you join me in my addiction problem

Good for you, Now I need encouragement to get out there and exercise more than I do. I do alot of walking but that is not enough. i just can't afford the gym thing right now. I am thinking about getting the Billy Blanks Boot Camp DVD. I just made to the century club the other day minus 102 lbs for me wahoo
