But I am kinda blue, or purple. I have started this journey with 257 lbs on me and size 18. Now i am 180 and size 10. I am happy with my results. I sometimes still feel that I am really big and dont feel the weight loss. Like when I squeeze between a space that is small. I have to think wether or not i can fit. I need your help!

Stacy, I'm a size 10 as well. I too have the same problem. It will take time for us to see, feel, and move correctly for our new body size. I was told by a co-worker that I need to stop moving out of the way since I am not in the way (example: in the hallway). I look at chairs wondering if I am going to fit in them and if they will hold me... I was told as well that over time, our heads will catch up with our bodies. Best of luck! Jen

Stacy, I too understand what you mean. I started out at size 24/26 and am now a size 8. When I look in the mirror I still see the old me. I like what the other two responses said~that in time our minds will catch up with our bodies. I do feel ALOT better now though! Congratulations to you on all of your success! Tracy B 328/164/150
