Hey all your Jan aniversaires.... Is anyone else eating sort of normal these days now that it has been almost a year? I seem to be able to eat quite a bit now, more than I expected to be. I can eat a good size salad it seems with meat. A typical day for me is like this.. Breakfast 1 6oz Yogurt 1 small Banana Lunch 1 Tuna Salad Sandwich on wheat bread about 4 oz of tuna 2 Deviled eggs 2 Small dill pickles (this I eat over the course of 1 hour or more typically while checking this site) Snack Sometimes a snack of Goldfish crackers, or fruit sometimes not this just depends. Dinner 1 small salad with lettece and cucumber and dressing 1 6oz piece of fish Desert 1 No sugar added popcile I know plenty of folks still have problems eating meat and can only eat the 4 oz portions, but that does not seem to be me. Am I alone?? I have not gained weight, but seem to be sitting on a pleateau for a while now. Kiva -152 with 25 lbs till goal.

Sounds about right to me Some days I can eat an entire sandwich (peanut butter and sf jelly are my favorites) and then the next I can barely eat half... Just depends, its really wierd Now, salads, on the other hand, I'm addicted to salads, especially the baby spring mix, and spinach YUM I can eat a large bowl full of salad, bit of dressing and about 3 oz of chicken breast no problems, yet I'm full when done I think you're doing fine I ate some M&Ms today But it's ok I'm still on track. Kiva, It sounds ok to me and if you're not gaininig, I think you're on track. I guess we still need to keep our focus on protein first, which is sometimes harder for me the farther out that I get. This is my typical day (I eat ALOT of the same foods from day to day, so this is very typical, LOL) B~fake oatmeal pancake w/sf syrup OR 1/3 C Grape Nuts and 1/2 C cottage Cheese L~small bed of lettuce w/shaved deli turkey, mild cheddar cheese, few croutons and little bit of ranch dressing D~this is the most difficult meal for me b/c I never know what to eat and I don't usually eat what the family eats. tonite I had 1/2 of a chicken breast 4oz of low sugar yogurt For a snack at some point throughout the day or in the evening, I usually have a banana w/peanut butter or a small bowl of strawberries w/ cool whip I also have days where it seems like I can eat alot and other days where I don't seem to eat anything. Its weird, but I guess everyone is like that from time to time. I am still losing pretty well at this point though, generally 1 or 2lbs a week and then a week or two later I won't have any loss. Last week I dropped 3lbs but I think that's b/c I really upped my workout routine. I hope this helps! Tracy B 328/164/150 Tracy B 328/164/150

I guess it is so normal to think we are eating too much. I think sometimes we need to remember how much we really ate before and in comparison ... I'm sure we eat less. I know for me I have a protein drink for a meal replacement every day and drink two on M/W/F. So my only really normal meal is dinner and it's about the amount my 9 year old eats. I fix her plate and I fix a little less for me and then I figure I'm eating the amount I should.

I agree with the others, it sound very normal to me. I can eat between 8 -10 oz of food for lunch and dinner. Typical day for me is: B - instant regular oatmeal w/splenda, apple S - 8 oz Unjury protein drink L - 5 oz of meat (usually pork or turkey) w/ 4 oz of veggies of my choice (yeah, I still weigh everything) S - 8 oz Unjury protein drink D - salad w/crouton and walnuts I seem to be always eating and satisfied. This has worked for me for the past year so I hope it continues. Keep up the great work. Kathy 333/316/164/155
