well this is the day my life started last year. i am a year out today and i started at 294 and i am now at 148 last year i was in 3x and 26 size clothes and today i have on a size 6 pair of pants and a small shirt. life is good and i like life again. i go to the doctor next week and i am looking forward to that. i can't remember the last time i said that. thanks for listening kathy

Hi Kathy congratulations on your anniversary and a very successful year. Although I didnt loose nearly as much as i wanted to I did come down 10 dress sizes 28-18, and that I am very thankful for. I still desire to loose much more and Im not giving up. Michelle
