Last roll call post for 2005
Hello everyone this is the first roll call post for 2005 that I have seen and the last one. How is everyone doing? Are you going out for New Year's or staying home. Our anniversary is coming up soon. Boy how time seems to have gone by. Does anyone have a New Years Resolution? How are we all doing as far as weight wise, with exercising, protein etc.? I need to start exercising more, but going to school at nights and kids during the day is alittle hard. I hope you all post. Have a HAPPY NEW YEAR AND STAY SAFE....

1/25/2005 surgery
Well hey there everybody my anniversary is the 17th and I have reached my goal. I wanted to get down to 145 and I am there. I have lost 112 pounds and I am just thrilled to peices.
1 drink one Venti Latte in the morining and then sometime around 10
I am eating weight control Oatmeal for breakfast.
Lunch I have some whole grain melba toast and low salt munster cheese.
Dinner is usually a salad and protein. As far as getting enough protein in I can only assume that I am getting enough because I feel fine.
Last few weeks have been hard with all the baked goods that have been floating around the house. I have been eating sugar but I will not be eating it for much longer.
I have to say that I am as pleased a*****h that I had this surgery and I would do it over again in a heart beat.

257/145 GOAL!!!!!
Well my anniversary is Jan. 5th and I am below my ideal. Ideal was 135 and I weigh 119 so I hope to put a few pounds. Funny as it seems I do need to put on about 10-15 pounds and I will be just happy and content.
