Anyone else been grazing all week? As of this morning I have gained 4 lbs. My workouts have seriously suffered the last month or 6 weeks also, they are few and far between so that does not help either. I really need to get my act together. You are all so inspirational I just neede to vent and do better!! I have almost another month before I am a year out, I can't be failing already! This is a life commitment, duh!! I haven't worked this hard to let it all go back the way it was! I also really need to get an updated photo up. I hope tht you all had a very merry holiday season with family and friends and I hope that you all got all that you wished for! Thanks for being out there! Becki 1/18/05 297/129 5'8"

Girl, get mad, stomp your feet, and then take a deep cleansing breath and say... "I made a few mistakes, so what, I can do better!" Thanks Jamie, As always you are an inspiration! I will do better, I just am so afraid of the way I have found myself eating all of the time. Although I have not eaten sugar or fried foods I have eaten plenty of crackers, pretzels, cheese popcorn and tortilla chips which are just as bad. I even find myself eating protien bars when I am not hungary which I never am. I have to get into control. Thanks again Becki

I'm right there with you Becki....I've been grazing and snacking way too much this week (plus it doesn't help that I've got raging PMS right now!). Like Jamie said, let's approach tomorrow as a new day to get back on track....for me I'm throwing out all the leftover goodies or sending them to work with hubby and getting my butt to the gym! Mary Ellen, Thanks for you inspiration. I have raging PMS almost every day, I know that this is TMI but I have been spotting for about 4 months straight, my whole system is so out of wack it is not funny! I am getting back on the track, started 2 workouts per day yesterday. Thanks again Becki

Becki I am right there with you! I cannot believe how much I have been able to eat this past week. The exercise has been off for about six weeks. Tomorrow I am back at work after a week off. It is back to basics for me. Back to eating correctly and back to exercise. I have probably gained weight, but I will no get on the scale to find out. I went out shopping for clothes today and I am the same size (actually a size smaller than I've been wearing) so I decided not to worry about it. Tomorrow's a new day. Dianne

Diane, Thanks for your words of wisdom. Sometimes I have found I eat more at work out of boredom and because it is sitting there. I am in a 2 now and don't htink that I will get much smaller but I noticed a little snugness in my jeans today. I am glad that someone is shrinking! Tomorrow will be a better and new day. Hi Becki!!! Don't worry you're not alone!!! I have been so good since surgery, and for the past week have totally lost it!!!! No exercise, and just eating all the wrong things, if you know what I mean!!! I guess even we are allowed to enjoy the Holiday Seasons!! Just think of how far we have all come and how hard we've all worked this past year. I'm glad we have everyone from OH to support us and listen to us when we need someone. Becki: I am so p**sed at myself for this past week. I have been keeping up with my exercise but making such bad choices. Some chocolate and carmel corn which I have not had in over a year. I really worked hard today going to the rec center and also doing my new "The Biggest Loser" workout video but my mind has to realize that eating anything extra even with exercising is only going to make me stay the same weight, not lose if I am not eating healthy. I just wanted you to know that your not the only one. My enemy is the kitchen at work. Many clients sent in treats. I hope it's all gone this week but if not, I have to have the will power to stop and I really am going to ask myself is it worth it. I see how long it takes just to burn 100 calories on the treadmill and I have to remember that before I pop that treat in my mouth. I wish you luck!
