BMI "Normal"

I just checked my BMI and it is normal for the first time in my whole life. I'm still in shock! Being overweight my whole life, I never thought I would ever be successful at weight loss and now I am. I pray that I keep it off. Take care God bless, Syndi

Hi Becky, Thank you for your encouragement, I am proud of myself. Not sure when but I may have weighed this in elementary school or preschool(exaduration) but I can't ever remember seeing these numbers... Sure feels good! God bless, Syndi

Syndi, Congratulations. I hit normal the day after Thanksgiving and I cried when I saw that # on the scale I knew I was close so when I went to the docts and saw it for real I could not help crying. Also was the first time in my adult life I was no longer overweight. Woohoooo for us :> HUGS M
