Be careful!

Just wanted to warn everyone to be extremely careful when eating nuts. I am just getting over an obstruction from some nuts I ate. It was more painful than the surgery I had to have for the bowel obstruction from scar tissue in May. It's still sore. Please make sure you remember to chew everything extremely well. God bless, Syndi
