Great Doc visit

Well I went to see my Surgeon last week, and he makes me very nervous. I think it all the years of being afraid of a doctor weighing me and judging me. But he made me feel great. He was very pleased that I lost 60 lbs in the six months since I have seen him. He also told me I am 40lbs from his goal for me, which is about 25 lbs less then what I want. I felt so great when I left. On top of that I have broken my plaetua and today I am down 6lbs. I just cut out carbs that were not fruits of vegies. I am flying high this week. GO Jenn!!! That is awesome. It always feels great when you break out of one of those dreaded plataeus!!! Keep up all of the hard work!!! I am loving my fruits and veggies these days...
