1. 113 pounds down from highest weight; 88 pounds down since surgery 2. 7 more pounds to reach goal - although surgeon thinks I'll lose an additional 5-10 pounds below that (what planet is he living on??!) 3. average about 1100-1200 cals per day 4. step aerobics once a week; treadmill and/or strength training 3 days a week....need to do more exercise! Replying a bit late... 1) 102 pounds so far 2) 28 more to my goal (13 more to my doctor's goal) 3) I don't count every day, but it averages 1000 - 1200 when I do 4) I don't exercise - hurt my knee

You have lost a tremendous amount for not excerciseing. Great job. Almost at goal. Yeahhhhhh

1-I have lost 166.5 since my WLS journey started, 132 of that since surgery 2-I never set a goal-no goal=no let down 3-I don't count calories 4-I don't exercise on a normal basis but play softball as often as I can, at least once a week but as much as 3 Heidi 315/280.5/148.5/?

I started off with 252 pounds. Height 5.2. I've lost 100 pounds. My goal weight is 122. I exercised alot at first. I worked out 2x a day for the frist 5 months. Then I got really sick so I went down to working out about four x a week. Now I do spinning classes 3x a week which I love. The machines our so boring to me. I really don't count calories. Which I should, I eat whatever I want just in small portions. However I am going to start dieting again. Because I really need to knock off those 30 pounds.

HI Heidi, great name, my sister is named Heidi. I think it's smart not to set a goal then you are not let down. You are right. Great job on your tremendous success. It is so nice to see everyone doing so well.

I have lost officially 83lbs unoffically 93lbs. I say official and unofficial because my next apointment isn't here yet. So by then I hope to have lost more. I have 30lbs until goal. I slacked off on the excersixe latley need to get back on and I eat 800-1100 cal/day. Depends. Marti
