Poll-how much have u lost & how much till goal
1. 113 pounds down from highest weight; 88 pounds down since surgery
2. 7 more pounds to reach goal - although surgeon thinks I'll lose an additional 5-10 pounds below that (what planet is he living on??!)
3. average about 1100-1200 cals per day
4. step aerobics once a week; treadmill and/or strength training 3 days a week....need to do more exercise!

I started off with 252 pounds.
Height 5.2. I've lost 100 pounds. My goal weight is 122. I exercised alot at first. I worked out 2x a day for the frist 5 months. Then I got really sick so I went down to working out about four x a week. Now I do spinning classes 3x a week which I love. The machines our so boring to me. I really don't count calories. Which I should, I eat whatever I want just in small portions. However I am going to start dieting again. Because I really need to knock off those 30 pounds.
