I had LAP RNY on 1/21/05. I weighed in at 253 and I'm 5'5" tall. I am now at 133. 1. lost 120 2. met surgeon's goal 12 pounds ago at 145 - only 3 more pounds until I hit my goal of 130! 3. between 1200-1300 4. definitely not enough Jamie

Only three pounds till you hit goal, that is so exciting. I too am only five pounds till I hit my personal goal. I am so impateint I want it to happen today. We are almost there. Thanks for posting and keep up the great work

hi mitzi 1) How much have you lost so far 195 gone so far 2) How much until you hit goal don't have a goal - my surgeon has never mentioned a goal...i'm just kind of waiting to see - but i'm sure i'd like to lose at least another 75 3) How many calories are you eating now daily don't know - don't count calories 4) How much do you excercise i have a treadmill that i use when i can...my job requires a lot of travel, so i'm usually walking around airports - i'd like to do better on the exercise thing! deb

1) How much have you lost so far- 90 post op, 100 if you count 10 lbs I had to loose the month before I had surgery. 2) How much until you hit goal- 6 lbs to surgeons goal; 16 to personal goal. 3) How many calories are you eating now daily- I don't count calories. I just make sure to eat my protein and drink alot of water. 4) How much do you excercise- three times a week, but I need to do more. Sandy

1) 110 pounds and too many inches to count 2) About 65 pounds - that seems pretty managable 3) 900-1000, depending upon if I drink a Venti quad SF Vanilla Breve' Latte from Starbuck's. 4) 3x week, 45 min treadmill I love this WAY OF LIFE!!!! ((((skinny hugs)))) wendyb

1) How much have you lost so far: I am 5'6" I was 257 I am now 150 total loss 107. 2) How much until you hit goal: 5 pounds 3) How many calories are you eating now daily: I don't count calories but I have taken to measuring my proteins, something I never did before 4) How much do you excercise: not nearly enough
