Poll-how much have u lost & how much till goal

1) 162 lbs 2) Under Docs Goal of 140, 5 lbs. till my goal of 130, I am 5'8" 3) I am now between 1200-1400, Doc & Nutrition want me to stop losing. Getting really board with Protien Bars and crackers. 4) Have cut back to 3 times per week. Should probably go back to 5-7 days until the last 5 is gone. Need to do much better on the water, I suck at that. If I could get the water up I could probably get off that last 5 lbs. Becki

hi Becky, hey we can switch I am doing great with water more than 100 oz a day but...I suck with excercise ...I guess nobody do this prefect Vanessa

Hi Becki, great job on all your hard work. Most people don't hit goal unti one year or 18 mo. out. We are all doing so well. I totally suck at getting my water too. I am glad I am not the only one struggling with this. Thanks for posting.

Let's see 1. Lost 131 so far 2. 46 till my personal goal 3. don't count calories too much, but try to stay around 10001200 4. very little 346 was my starting weight at 5'9"

Mitzi - Good questions. 1) How much have you lost so far *-110 pounds 2) How much until you hit goal *-8 surgeons goal, -28 my goal 3) How many calories are you eating now daily *around 900 - 1000 4) How much do you excercise *3 days a week I walk 30 min, 1 day a week yoga for 1 1/2 hours Cheri

Great job on loosing 110 pounds. It is so exciting when our weight loss gets into the triple digits. Yoga is great excercise. A lot harder than it looks. I did it a couple of times and boy was I soar afterwards. I need to do more excercise you are an inspiration. Hugs

Hey, 1. Lost 146 lbs to date 2. 15 lbs until goal 3. Don't count or worry about calories 4. Walk 3 miles, 6 days a week & take a step class 2x a week Great work everyone, keep it up! Kathy 333/316/170/155
