Hi, we all had surgery around the same time. Just curious how everyone is doing 1) How much have you lost so far 2) How much until you hit goal 3) How many calories are you eating now daily 4) How much do you excercise My answers 1) lost 141 2) 6 more pounds until goal 3) eating 800-1100 calories daily 4) not enough, 1 to 2 times a week

Wow Dianne, that is incredible. You are below goal and have not even hit 10 months yet. That is wonderful. You a an inspiration to me.

lets see 1* lost 91 2* 9 more until goal ( my goal is - 100, when I get there maybe a push for 10 more but if I feel ok there Is ok) 3* 900-1200 calories 4* never enough Vanessa 265/174/165?

Hi Vanessa, thanks for sharing. You are doing wonderful. Looks like so far we are all at about the same amount of calories. Glad to know I am right on track. Thanks for posting.

I am 5 ' tall and I was 235 b4 WLS 1) I am down 108 2) I have 7-9 pounds till my goal I have already meet the docs 3) I have not been gettin much in ablut 900 4) I walk on treadmill 1 mile a day cant run my ankles to weak Have not lost any weight in 2 months

I was 300 pounds to start out.. 1. I have lost 129 pounds 2. I have 21 pounds til goal. 3. I do not count calories. I do not like this concept. I am eating to live not eating to be on a diet. I jus****ch my portions and what I eat. 4. I do it almost everyday by walking, but I go to Curves a couple of times a week.

Congratulations on your tremendous success. I like the idea of not counting calories. It would make me less obessive. Good job on your excercise. You are a true inspiration
