Tina - I am so sorry to hear that you are still having problems. Have you talked to your surgeon lately? You may need to be seen and checked out. Until then... Have you tried soups? I know that if I am having trouble eating enough, soups sometimes can go down a little easier, and they give me a protein hit that I need. I try to do navy bean with ham or split pea because they are easy on the tummy but they have some protein as well. You might try doing some peanut butter or protein balls, they are usually pretty easy on my stomach too. If worse comes to worse, you could do protein drinks (not my favorite thing!). Good luck and hang in there. Cheri

I still cannot eat bread. It gets stuck. I eat meat very slowly. My diet consists of eggs, some meat, cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, and tuna. Pretty boring, but it is expanding. I always eat protein first. Then, if I can handle it, I will eat vegetables. Fruit such as pears and fruit ****tail are very easy on my stomach and I can usually handle them. I cannot eat the skin of any fruit. Cream of wheat continues to be a staple in my diet. Good luck Dianne
