Let's talk diet staples?

Ok My staples are a Latte in the morning, but my problem with that is I love the regualr too much. I do get the fat free at times but the whole is just too good. Sometime about 10ish I do have my protein shake. For lunch I will usually have whole grain melba toast with low sodiumn munster or cream cheese. I have a real hard time with the low fat stuff it just tasts nasty. dinner is protein and veggie. I get hungry at night lately for something. This is a feeling that I do not like but I keep drinking my water. Oh and I have reached the Century club. Peace n Light Chris 257/152/140 5'6"
