finally losing again
Hello family, I 'm glad to report that I have finally made it off the 190 mark which I have been at for 2 1/2 months, I weighed and I'm down to 185, shooting to make it to my goal of 150 by my Anniversary date which is Jan 11. I can now fit into a solid 12 which is wonderful. Just wanted to share my good news with ya. Oh yea the count down is on for Germany. I have 8 days and a wake up, before my life changes forever.

Oh Joi... your life is getting so exciting! I am so happy for you!!! Is the whole family ready for the big move?! Oh and the plateu... yeah....go away and stay away you pesty 5 pounds! LOL!

Well I am sorry to hear that, but it sounds like you two are doing what is best for the both of you and that is all that matters right? Congrats on breaking your plateau!
How did you do it? I am so sick of not loosing I am getting so frustrated! I was at 230 before surgery and now 10 months later only 170 and I have been there for 3 months!!!!!!
I am in a size 10 jean and a large shirt but I need to lose at least another 30 pounds and it just aint happenin!
I can't eat much of anything really course still, no steak or stringy meat or I will heave for hours.
However, I can eat all of the sweets I want, which is a bad thing! I am not eating allot of sweets although I could if I wanted to but I really have been trying to get all of my protein in that I need and being good.
I need help but don't know where to get it, my surgeon's office won't return calls, imagine that...
Any suggestions?
What about vitamins? I take womens one a day but am confused about the calcium to take.
