Well according to my doctor I should have about 60 grams of protien a day. I get this in and like you I still feel crappy. I am tired allot. I had blood work done to make sure I am not low in Iron or B-12 and I am just a bit low on Iron, nothing to worry about. So I guess it is the road we are on right now. I must say I get jealous of those who are full of energy now You should get your blood work done just to rule out any issues, better safe then sorry. Jenn

Well, Victoria... at 9-12 months my doc's suggestions are 60-80 grams/protein/day. I have found Profect on this site and cannot say enough good about it. It's only 2.7 oz, tastes like juice (yummy IMHO!), and offers 25 grams of protein and 100 calories, along with vitamins. It is yummy, small amount so easy to get down. It is about 2.75/bottle when you purchase in bulk, but that's about what I was paying for my protein bars, and this doesn't have the carbs or sugar. I drink two of these/day for 50 grams and then squeek in the other 20-25 grams from food, usually. Can you eat tuna? That is one of the highest protein foods for the volume. I tried Ahi a couple of nights ago and boy was it ever delish! Blessed wishes to you, My Friend! ((((skinny hugs)))) wendyb -105
