I get a fruit cup with protein powder, lime juice, chili sal****ermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries, grapes, pineapple and cucumber. YUM! Made fresh on the spot!!! Victoria, The bars are in the section with the Granola bars or they might be in the section with the cookies. They are in different sections depending on the store. The frozen pizzas are in the freezer section usually next to the frozen dinners or sometimes they are next to the frozen pizzas. They also have South Beach Diet food wraps, next to the Lunchables usually, but I haven't tried them yet. The pizzas are my favorite, they have a wheat crust! And with the bars the Cinnamon and Raisin are my favorite but I also like the Peanut Butter ones also. Enjoy, Becky P.

Hey Victoria, I've been told approximately 60g but there are other factors that go into that equation, ex height/weight. Here's a regular GOOD day when I'm eating correctly: Dannon's low carb yogurt drink (Breakfast), I usually drink one Advantedge protein drink(snack), , eggs with cheese and 1 slice of wheat toast (Lunch or dinner), Chili or beef stew(lunch or dinner) and for snack I have a little popcorn or grahm crackers or sf something. Sometimes during the day I have to have a little something so I'll have a little fruit or peperoni and cheese minus the cracker. I try to drink constantly. Hope you've got some ideas, hope this helps. Everyone is so supportive and it the little things that always help us get through the tougher times, you've always been so supportive to the rest of us, Thanks. God bless Syndi
