OMG!!!! FINALLY DOWN 103 lbs !!!!
I actually did not do anything special. I stopped my heavy workout regimet for 2 weeks and then I changed up my diet drastically by eating what I wanted when I wanted. Then I started back to an exercise routine slowly and went back to my 3 month PO diet. It seemed to work however it was not exactly intentional. I just backslid and told myself, that is enough... get back to what you are supposed to do. My friend who is a nurse said it probably worked for me like a reset switch. She thinks that my body was just too adjusted to my healthy ways and I needed to mix things up a bit. Who knows if she is right or not, all I know is I am going to try and be good but remain happy. No more forcing myself to eat all my meat first before partaking in my other stuff. I need to eat a balanced diet and make up the protein by other means. KWIM?

Alright Jamie!!! So happy for you and glad you found something that helped break the stall. I know you mean about the head issues and have been dealing with them a lot lately. As I'm closer to goal my weight loss has slowed and I've been at the same weight for the past 3 weeks. Just trying to be patient and reading your post gives me hope!
