Low Blood Sugar

Does anyone else have a problem with low blood sugar? I've been having a really difficult time with it lately. I get shaky hands and knocking knees, headaches and tunnel vision, and I feel like I'm starving all the time. The natural reaction is to eat, but I don't want to ruin my weight loss efforts, and eating doesn't necessarily make the feeling go away. My surgeon wants me to see some specialists, but I keep hoping it will just go away on its own.
