Help with photos

Can anyone help me with this question. I recently put pictures on Photopucket, and I wanted to add one of the pics to my profile, and the picture was so big. I am trying to scale it down. Does anyone know how to do this. Also, how do you add your photobucket url so you can show your weightloss photos, and not need a password to enter. Thanks for any help. I want to add my cute new picture of me and Senor Frog. Margo
