What if I am doing it all wrong?

Do you ever feel like you are doing it all wrong? It is so hard to know what is right. You hear what your doctor says, what your nutritionist says, what others are doing, what feels right. It is hard to keep it clear and not feel like I am somehow failing myself. Does anyone else go through this? Jenn 352/239/150

Oh, baby -- you are preachin' to the choir, hun! I just basically do what "feels right" now... I just gather information from all my sources and then do what feels right ... Not sure if that is the correct way, but that's my way for now at least. A couple of my favorite motto's are the following ****rtainly didn't coin them, but I use them): It's not hard, it's just new! Don't sweat the petty things, and don't pet the sweaty things! (((((skinny hugs))))) wendyb 306/207 one more to get both feet into the century club - woohooie!

My latest concern is the thinning hair. I had bloodwork done, and my protein level is ok, but i'm low on the iron. I'm going to talk to my nutrition professor Tuesday, but if it gets any thinner, i'll have to cut my hair. Any suggestions?

I had thinning hair for awhile. I tried the Nixon shampoo and conditioner, that helped, but I also took an iron pill and upped my protien some (though for awhile I was never getting enough) I think after a few months it just comes back. I finally started getting some new hair growth. Jenn
