8 MONTH PLATEAU
Yep, what Victoria said! Increase calories, exercize, water and protein to get your metabolism geared up. I had a month stall about three months out and thought it was all over, but after doing all of the above, I lost a lot of weight really fast.
I really keep an eye on my calories to be sure I am doing more than the 500 to 800 calories I only want to eat!

THANK YOU GIRLS! I NEED TO LOG EVERYTHING I AM EATING. I KNOW I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH TOO MANY CARBS. AND OH GOSH MY TREAD MILL IS ACTING FUNNY, SO I NEED TO HAVE HUBBY LOOK AT IT TONIGHT.
