Hi everyone, I am having a little problem getting my vitamins in each day.. Apparently the ones that I bought don't seem to be what the center wants me to have... I have been taking the Centrum chewables, B-complex liquid, and chewable calcium... I am not sure if these are right or not... I can't seem to find the calcium citrate that they want us to take.. And not sure if it is the right B- one either.... I can't seem to get the protien shakes down... I gag with them and then end up in the bathroom or dumping... I hardly eat anything and I haven't lost any weight in about a two weeks now... I am stuck... If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it... Thanks ... Julia 281/212/??

I got my calcium from VitaLady.com and I take 2 huge gelcaps a day but instead of swallowing them I open the gel cap and pour the powder into my yogurt or pudding each day! HTH! I also take B-12 (from Wal-mart, sublingual), Centrum Chewable x2 a day (Walmart), Iron Supplement (perscription), Biotin Extreme (Walmart), and I think that is it....LOL! HTH! Jamie

I take the Bariatric Advantage chewables from bariatricadvantage.com. From them I order and take the following: Chewable multiformula - orange citrus: 2/day Calcium lozenges (chocolate and/or mint and/or cinamon)- 4/day B12 sublingual - 1/day Iron - 1/day As for being "stuck" -- a true plateau is 4 weeks plus... I think your body is just playing catchup from all of the weight it has already lost -- BRAVO to you on your weight loss SUCCESS!

Have you tried mixing the Unjury or Procel unflavored protein powder in yogurt? I have that for breakfast each day. I also mix 1/4 cup of cottage cheese with it, just to thicken it. I hate shakes, but this way the powder is undetectable and I get about 30 grams for one meal. Lynne

The calcium citrate I take is called Citracal with vitamin D. I swallow the tablets instead of chewables. These are large, but I cut them in half and have no trouble with them. You can buy the Citracal most anywhere. I just get it when I am grocery shopping. You might want to try the Stallone puddings. They have about 20 grams of protein in each small container, are sugar free and very few carbs. To some, this is an easier and more filling way to get in the protein. You also may want to try the Bariatric Advantage chewable vitamins. I took those for awhile right after surgery. A lot of people like them. I hope your appetite improves soon and you are able to eat. Protein drinks make me vomit. PERIOD! There is one and only one that tastes good to me. It is called Achiev One..it is coffee flavored protein drinks...if you like iced coffee drinks you will love these...I promise you will like them..I wouldn't steer you wrong! You can get them from Susan Maria's store.... Buy the sample pack...they are like a dessert they are so yummy ...Cross my heart and kiss my elbow..it's the only thing I'll drink....it's not powdery and it doesn't have that vile smell or aftertaste! Take my advice!!
