1 pack of louis rich italin chicken stips (cut into small pieces) chopped bell pepper (red & Green) chopped onion (red and yellow) chopped mushroom crumbled bacon bits 10" tortillas taco bell thick and chunky salsa (mild) low fat shredded cheese 1. Spray pan with nonstick spray and saute chicken, bell peppers, mushrooms, and onions, set aside to cool 2. Spray a pan with nonstick spray and place tortilla on the pan 3. Spread taco bell thick and chunky salsa (2 to 3 tbsp) on the tortilla 4. Top with chicken mixture, then sprinkle bacon bits on top 5. Top with low fat cheese Bake at 400 degrees until cheese is melted(4 to 6 minutes). The tortilla makes the pizza taste like a thin crust pizza. The meat mixture will make 2 -10" pizzas The tortillas are low in fat and calories 10" tortillas = 110 calories, 2.5 grams of fat, and 3 grams of proteins. DH and I share 1-10" pizza Happy, healthy eats to all Tammie G.
