LOL! Oh I do, but I manage to hide it well with clothing and posing myself well. I am a photographer afterall. Although I can't take my own darn picture so my photos doing show what I can really do! Anyways, I do push ups (girl kind) and dips (on a chair) everyday. I have some light weights from Wal-mart that I use to do light toning exercises almost everyday. (Lots and lots of reps, really light weight.) On my weight training days I do the same exercises and then some with heavy weights and less reps. I used to throw shot-put and discus and I was a competitive swimmer so arms are my big thing. I prefer to have toned arms than toned abs... does that make since?
Anyways, even when I was heavy my arms stayed toned b/c it was such a big thing for me so I had an eaiser time losing the weight there and gaining tone back. I will have my husband try (cuz he sux behind the lens) and take a closer picture of my arms in the flex position this weekend and I will try and find the general exercises I do online and post them this weekend some time!
