Stalling

Well I will start off saying I take all my vitamins , but am lax on my protein. Since July 11 have lost 5 pounds . what a slow down was losing 2 pounds a week . have 40 pounds to go to goal . Had my last fill July 11,2005.

Hi! I know how you feel. I have only lost 4 lbs this past month and it is very frustrating as I am not doing anything differently than I had before and am actually exercising more. I have 70 more to goal and really want this to happen soon!

I don't exercise on a weekly basis. Some weeks I do good and some I don't at all. I know and have been told that muscle weighs more than body fat. But the weeks I exercise faithfully I don't lose nothing...the weeks I do not exercise at all, I lose. Now talk about a reason not to exercise. But I know I should and need to become more faithful at it. Janet
