Plateau is finally over!!!!
Thanks Tiffany! I think I need to up my protein (coming from food sources since I already do 2 protein drinks a day) and be consistent with the amount of water I drink. Some days are really good and others it's a struggle to do lots of liquids. Really frustrating because preop I only drank water and lots of it, now it is a chore to get 64 ounces.
