YB: (yesterday breaky) out to breaky with DH - 1/2 of a 1/2 smoked turkey, sprouts, tomato eggs benedict, 2 bites home fries - 7 bites total YL: (yesterday lunch) leftover greenbeans, potatoes, ham, chicken with Sweet Baby Ray's honey BBQ sauce - 5 bites LNDlast night's dinner) 1 skinny slice of smokehouse pizza - 6 bites TB: (today's breaky) 3 petite Nancy's quiche, 1 tb sour cream, 1 cup Verona SB coffee w/1/4c 50/50 PL: (planned lunch) tuna salad with tuna, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese, oild and vinegar dressing PD: (planned dinner) Pork roast, fresh green beans (costco size - need to use before they go bad), mashed Yukon Gold potatoes, green salad It used to be that we'd go out to dinner nearly every night, cuz I was too whooped to cook by dinnertime, even after a 3 hour nap! Now, I REALLY enjoy cooking and have soooooo much energy (most days!) without a nap... so we eat in nearly every night! How about you? today breakfast: 1oz string cheese, 1 rice cake Lunch: 2oz beef jerky, oj Dinner (planned): 3 oz chicken, 2 oz rice. Snack: Orange or a glass of V8 Jenn

Hi Wendy! Breakfast - Protein shake Lunch - 3 oz. piece of grilled salmon Dinner - 3 oz. piece of gilled salmon My surgeon says no snacks. Just 3 meals per day, minimum of 70 grams of protein and lots of water. So far, I've drank about 65 oz. of water, and I'll have one more protein shake.
