It's been awhile...

Hi guys! I haven't been able to get online in awhile and I can't tell you how I have missed visiting this board! I have had a rough couple of weeks. My apartment flooded (no not with CLEAN water) at least once a day for nearly a week because someone in my building managed to get a gator-aid bottle into the pipes. Needless to say I abandoned everything including my laptop until it was safe to return. BUT... on a better note, I had my 23rd birthday on the 28th and today is my 7 month post-op anniversary! I have lost a total of 112 lbs. My best friend weighs less than that, lol. I can't believe that I am only 88 lbs away from goal. I know that that is still a lot of weight but I finally feel like I am on the downhill side. I can see the potential finish line and what it might look like and if I have gotten this far there's no way that I can't finish. I wonder what size I would be if I weighed 173? I have no clue. I've never been there. Here are how my sizes have changed: Top 26/28 to an 18/20 Jeans 28 to an 18 Bra 48D to a 38C I am soooooooooo happy and I am only 11 lbs away from my next goal of being 250 or less. I honestly never thought in a million years that I would weigh 261 - or have collar bones, lol. But I do and I am slowly starting to accept it. I am still so grateful and excited every day. And I am so proud of myself and of everyone else on this board! Jenny 373 / 261 / 173 88 lbs away from goal!

Hi Jenny: You look beautiful and I just wanted to tell you congratulations on all your hard work...collar bones are amazing aren't they...I felt my butt bone yesterday and freaked out Haha!

Sorry to hear about your flooding. Glad you are settled and hope that you did not loose too many important items in the flood. CONGRATS on the loss! You are doing great, I really like the mini goals they are so much fun and make the whole journey a little easier. Becki

Congratz on the wonderful losses so far... you are doing so wonderful! If I was local to you, I'd offer to go take some amazing B&W pix of you! I have been wondering lately if I should consider taking more photography training (it's my hobby) and persue some kind of side business like specializing in portrait photography for the camera shy or something like that!
