I do a 3mile Walk Away the Pounds tape 4~5x's a week. It has some toning built into it with the stretchy band. I usually walk with dh in the evening as well at the beach~2 or 3 miles a couple times a week, just whenever we can fit it in~our boys, 8 & 4 ride their scooters so we can walk fast, LOL!
