Tipping?

To celebrate losing 100 pounds I'm going to a fancy day spa to have a pedicure. I've never been to spa or had a pedicure before so what is an appropriate amount to tip the nail technician? Mary Ellen 280/255/180/160

I have gotten pedicures on a regular basis for at least the last 10 years. Depending on how much time is spent on me and how long of a massage on my feet and legs I tip $3 to $5. Pedicures where I live are $20. Enjoy You deserve it!! It is funny I have always had pedicures and my nails done for years and every since my surgury 6-27-05 I have been doing them myself and I am actually enjoying it. Funny not only did my taste bud change but I now prefer to do my own manicureing let us know how it goes. joni
