CAN IT BE!!!!!!!!!!!

Can it be that finally the scale is moving !! i ve lost 4 lb in a week i cant belive it i was so depressed on monday because i was up 1 lb but this morning im down 4lbs hurrayyyyyyyyyy ! i did nothing different this the only thing is that the heat has been unbearable so maybe i sweat 4lbs off my pants fell off this morning everything is so big on me! ill keep u posted emi 240/192/150?

that is wonderful. I know what you mean about being depressed because the scale is not moving. And now you are enough below 200 that you should not have to worry about ever seeing that number again. Lucky you! Lynne
