Hi everyone: I don't post much but I read everyday and I am so proud of everyone! I just had to gloat today - I started off at 315.5 a month prior to surgery in December, 305.5 the day of surgery in January and 215.0 today in August - I feel so wonderful and lucky to have this new life....my question is to you all, do you tell people what you have lost from surgery alone or do you include any weight loss you had to do prior to surgery? I Just curious! I figured losing 100lbs in 7 1/2 months is something to post about! YAY FOR US ALL!

Wow Lisa, that's great, and I would certainly count it. It IS weight lost in connection with this journey. You have done amazing. I just hit my 100 lb mark in counting pre-surgery weightloss. Keep up the good work! Margo 334/313/231.5/160?
