Well if you are really desperate you can go back to phase 2 and see if that elps any. I have kicked up my water, kept up my already high protein, and lowered my carbs and I am still stuck. So this week I have backed off my exercise from 6 days a week of gym and 5 days of a week of TKD down to just walking at night and TKD 3 days a week and I think the scale is actually moving again. I think my body just got too used to my routine. So Thursday when my son starts school I am going back to the gym and asking my trainer to redesign a program for me that is different from what I was doing before. HTH! I understand b/c I was going thru this a few weeks ago and its so frustrating. I just kept doing what I've been doing~focusing on protein and getting in lots of water. I do a 3mile walking tape 5x's a week and for about a week I started walking 2miles in the evening with my husband~not sure if the extra activity is what broke it for me or not, but it made me feel like I was trying to do something. I definitely know that during my plateau I lost a pant size so that was something positive that came out of it. Don't give up~just keep doing what you're doing and it will pick back up again. Good Luck to you!!! Tracy B 328/211/???

I agree with the previous posts. Make sure you change your exercise and eating routine and take all of your vitamins. Our bodies get use to the same things, so make sure you're doing things differently. Be sure and keep track of your inches. When the scale stalls for me, that means I'm losing more inches and that's a good thing!! Keep us posted. Deanna

You never said how long it has been since you stopped losing weight. Plateau is if you have not lost anything for 4 1/2 wks otherwise you are hitting a stall. If you click on my profile it says towards the beginning how to break a plateau. Good luck! Deb S. 334/257/175

I looked over my change in weight and although it's slowed down, it hasn't really stopped. Is this a plateau also, or have I been mistaken? Have you completely stopped or is it just slow?
