Biopsy

Saw the Gynocologist today for exam and she found a lump in my right breast. It is the size of a golf ball. A biopsy is being scheduled.

I know what you mean! I can't think straight! Waiting for the call to get the appt. for the biopsy is bad, but waiting for the actual results could be worse. I hope everything goes well for you, sweetie.

Mammogram and ultrasound were negative. Just a small, fibroid tumor. No big deal. Hurrah!!!! No need for a biopsy!! Lou Ann

I am glad results turned out well for you, Lou Ann, but I must say I have had breast cancer and if there is one thing I would like to tell everyone and that is that "just because you are told you have cancer, does not mean you are going to die!". Things were very glum for me when I first was diagnosed, but With surgery, chemo, radiation and lots of prayer, all things worked out well for me and that was 19 years ago!!! Lynne

It's probably some begnin fibroid girl... get a mammo and don't panic just yet. I am there for you! I have tons of them! Now that I have lost of all off my breast tissue my boobies feel so darn weird! It's all milk ducts and fibroids (although those have decreased in size and numbers). I can't wait for a boob job!
