6 mnth checkup

Hi all: I went for my 6 month checkup yesterday. Everything is so great! I am down 72 lbs, from 274. In 1.5 lbs, I will be in onederland! My blood work is excellent, too. My glucose is down to 101. I don't have acid reflux anymore. My backaches have lessened tremendously. I am truly thankful to God!

That is wonderful news girl, does that mean that all or most of your co-morbids are gone?! Keep up all of the hard work, 1.5 pounds is nothing in our world... you can loose that in no time at all! I will be rooting for you sweetie!
