HELP
How do you get rid of water weight AND how do you AVOID eating too much salt??
My body (as I posted on the main bd) is a frickin sponge and I"m battling this damn water weight gain/loss/gain/loss (fluctuating) and I'm about it
I ate popcorn today and it's like BAM it held on to that salt... My turkey meat I eat (deli meat) is loaded with salt... I can't seem to find ANYTHING with protein that isn't salt-laden and that I can handle without
I'm past the freakin point of desperation, I'm plain worn out

I just want you to know I am the same way. I love the fact that eating a bowl of soup will now make me full but the next day I pay because I gain a good 1lb or 2 I know it is just my body retaining the salt but it sucks. If I drink any more water each day I am going to float away. I take a bathroom break at work at least every 45 minutes! I wish I had an answer for us but I am glad to see that we are in the same situation!
