Weight chart for profile?

I just updated my profile and I have a section where I update my weight loss and BMI but it looks sloppy and not enticing to read. I have read profiles where people have these really nice weight charts, can anyone tell me where/how to put one on my profile? Thanks, Kim 286/206/150ish?
