Need some help with pictures
Hi,
I had wls Jan 18th and have lost 82 pounds so far. I want to put a picture of me before and one up to date as of now. Could anyone let me know how to do that? I read the message board everynight and have come to know everyone here. This board has given me so much. Its so nice to know that everyone here is at the same point I am. I havent been losing much lately but from reading everyones ideas, I started to exercise more, I am up to 5 times a week now at a gym. I have aslo been trying to eat more protein and watch the snacking in between meals. It helps so much to know what everyone is eating and to watch the amount and what I should be eating compared to everyone else. Well all I want to say is Thank you ......

Go to "your profile" and scroll down to the bottom left had corner and click on "color and photos" basically what you do is once you have a picture saved on your computer you e-mail it and someone add it to your profile. Once you e-mail it takes 1-2 weeks for the picture to show up. My picture just appeared yesterday.

Or you can go to photobucket.com and upload it to there. I find that easier. After you have uploaded your picture file it will give you HTML that you just cut and paste onto the main body of your profile. It is really, really easy to do. And that way you can add the pics wherever, and as many as you want on your profile instead of being limited to just two at the bottom. Also I think that OH gets a little overloaded sometimes so it helps them out (and you don't have to wait ). I have both on my profile if you want to look at it. The OH pics are at the bottom and the others are all from photobucket. I used the thumbnails from photobucket that you can click to enlarge, but you can also put the fullsize images on instead. Oh, and if you want your pics at the bottom you can add them with the URL you get from photobucket by pasteing it into the photo link on your profile, I replaced one of my OH pics that way. Anyway if you have any questions just hollar!
Have a great day!
