??how many bites??

So, do you count bites? I don't take tiny bites, nor do I take big bites -- I always use a salad fork... but have found that I'm eating 5-6 bites at a meal... 8 bites is over-the-top for me - even for my protein bar, which takes about 8 bites. How about you? ((((skinny hugs))))) wendyb

Well, my measuring went out the window when the heat finally hit here -- now my shot glasses are used for their intended purpose -- measuring alcohol for the washington apples that DH and BF love -- well, I guess I enjoy one a week myself - they are soooo yummy!
