Hey, been hungry for the last three days, with out skipping a beat. My stomache echos when I cough. How do I handle this? I have been swimming everyday. Could that be the culprit? Please give me some advice. I have lost 45 inches and 60 lbs. Dont want it back. hugs to all

Feed thyself, Friend!!!! Check your calories on fitday dot com -- doc said 800-1000 around 6 months for me -- maybe your tummy is trying to tell you something And for sure... the exercise is eating up those calories, too (((((skinny hugs))))))) wendyb

Well if you are swimming hard you are gonna be hungry. That is why swimmers carbo load. I used to swim competitively for years. Want to get back into it but the pools on base just closed. UGH! Anyways, just from my own personal expierence I find it best to eat some healthy cardbs before a workout and then afterwards eat some good dense proteins. Matter of fact, while I am swimming I take small breaks and drink a bunch of crystal light that is spiked with liquid protein. It really helped my after pool cravings to do that. Like others have suggested, count your calories and your proteins and see where you are. You might need to see the nutritionist about ajusting your calorie intake. HTH!
