Had job interview; waiting

They finally called after two months! I got the call at 8:00 AM this morning to come in at 12:30 PM. Tomorrow I find out. That is, if Hurricane Emily doesn't send everybody home early! We are getting ready for the big winds and rains. My mom and stepdad are coming to our house because they live in a mobile home and we are in a brick house. Ken took the Gazebo down so the wind doesn't blow it away. We have our water, candles, batteries, canned goods, diapers, powdered milk, and radio. Sand bags out in front of garage are filled and ready. She is projected to hit Tuesday night just south of us. Send good thoughts and prayers our way!

Congratz on the job and brightest blessings for a storm downgrade. It's a good thing that ya'll are prepared but I hope that when it hits land it just dicipates.. lord knows ya'll don't need another storm like the last one... and I don't think we can take anymore of ya'lls leftovers! It has not stopped raiing since the last one! And we are in the middle of the country!
