Good morning to all my fellow January, 2005 postops!!!! I am posting early since I am in Hawaii. Please feel free to post anytime today. Have a blessed day and a wonderful new week!!!! I did not do so well today. Not too many calories, just strange eating. B - I tried a new thing I read on here. FF whippedcream cheese, a little bit of cool whip. I ate it on a few crackers. Not sure if I will try it again. Did not have much oomph and left me hungry. L - slept most of the afternoon and did not really eat lunch. It was one of those days, but I find if I sort of "fast" like this, I see a weight loss. Not very healthy, but don't do it often. D - Left over stir fry that I made with left over filet. Really good, ate mostly the meat. S - Light Lay's potato chips and a few pieces of SF candy. Agan, not a healhy day. I do better on the weekdays. Did not drink nearly enough. Mahalo, Pat!!!! B: Large cup coffee w/50-50 and splenda; a little later... 2 Nancy's mini-quiches, 2 tblsp cottage cheese L: 1 cup Salad with veggies, feta, cheddar and roast turkey breast; EVOO/vinegar dressing - ate half D: Country style pork ribs with mangos and craisens, salad, cheddar mashed potatoes, greenbeans w/bacon and onion - 6-8 bites total S: 3 tortilla chips and homemade salsa water: 64 oz vitamins: 2 multis, 3 calcium, 1 b-12, 1 29mg iron exercise: does floating in the pool count, getting a beautiful California tan (((((skinny hugs))))) wendyb highest: 323 surgery: 297 02.03 home from hospital: 306 today: 224 -82 pounds

Not the best day, but have had worse......slept til late this afternoon, as I work at midnight on Sundays. It is hard to know what day is what as far as intake. My fluids were bad Sunday eve, but I am still up (at work) and almost through a quart of koolaid.........crazy aint it???? Sunday food intake: 1 yogurt with grape nuts 1 protein bar part of a small lunchable handful of wheat crackers a nibble of my nieces banana 2 sugar free pepperidge farm mint milano cookies..... have been looking all over for these little critters......OMG are they tasty. 3 is a serving, but only ate 2. they will be a killer treat with a cup of coffee!!!! just finished a turkey wrap. found w wheat wraps at target. small ones. 5 g protein per tortilla. wrapped it around some turkey and cheese......mmmmmmmmmm Sheila
