not enough!!!! ive been slacking on eating....making good eating choices just not eating enough!!! i always take my vits and a shake or 2 a day but i should be eating more jujst being so busy i dont eat!!!! wow would have never said that before!!! lol julie k 344/219/175?

Breakfast: One piece of Bacon, Chocolate protein shake and Mulitivitamin snack: SF frui****er (blackberry), Calcium Citrate Lunch: Pot roast (meat only) 1/2 cup, green beans 2 oz. snack: peanuts 1/2 cup over two hours. Dinner: Filet Mignon with bacon (2 oz.) French fries-4 Tummy hurt afterwards for 30 minutes but no vomiting. snack: protein drink, calcium citrate, biotin. Water: 50
